A home for the work of independent designers, and a studio that builds with it.
WorkOf began in 2014 as a simple idea: give the best independent furniture, lighting, and object makers a single place to be seen, and give the people designing spaces a real way to find them.
A decade on, we represent a curated community of designers, and our in-house studio puts their work to use in real interiors, activations, and collaborations.
What we believe
Good design is authored. It is made by someone, from real materials, through a thoughtful process, and it carries a story worth telling.

We represent the community.
A curated, open roster of independent makers. We put their work in front of designers, collectors, and the press, and we connect that community to spark cross-promotion and new commissions.

Our in-house studio composes interiors, activations, and collaborations entirely from the community, so a finished space feels made by someone, not assembled from a catalogue.
