Captain's Table

This three legged table has a lower shelf made from handwoven Danish Cord, and a solid stone top. The table design can be nested with other tables in the series to create multi-levelled clusters, or the tables can stand alone as side tables or coffee tables. The structure is formed from round mortise and tenon joinery that is pinned in place: three legs joined with six rails and twelve pins. Although subtle, the artisanal nature of the joinery is visible on each leg.

Although the table is priced as 15" and 30" dimensions, it can be produced in custom dimensions, and the language and concept of the table could be scaled to a dinning table or alternative sizing.
